Raw Coal Crushing

Select premium Datong bituminous coal, crush to specific particle size range, providing uniform raw material for subsequent carbonization and activation.

Carbonization

High-temperature carbonization in an oxygen-controlled environment to remove volatile matter and form an initial pore structure, producing carbonized material with a certain strength.

Steam Activation

Slep Type 800 activation furnace using high-temperature steam to further develop microporous and mesoporous structures, resulting in large specific surface area and adsorption capacity.

Crushing & Screening

Multi-stage crushing and vibrating screen classification based on customer mesh size requirements, producing various specifications from 4-mesh to 325-mesh.

Acid-alkali Washing

Using hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide for chemical washing to dissolve and remove ash and metal impurities, significantly increasing product purity.

Water Wash & Neutralization

Repeated washing with distilled water until neutral pH, avoiding soluble impurity introduction to ensure the product meets high-purity activated carbon standards.

Drying

Vibrating fluidized bed drying, precisely controlling temperature and duration to achieve target moisture while minimizing particle attrition and maintaining granular integrity.

Packaging & Inspection

Sampling inspection of finished products for iodine value, ash, moisture, pH, and other indicators; compliant batches are packaged, weighed, and shipped. Each batch is archived with a quality inspection report.
